Booking Faq’s
How do I know my booking has been confirmed?
Once you’ve successfully completed the booking form and submitted it, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received it after a few hours, contact us for assistance.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment through the booking page?
Yes, you can. If you need to change the date or time of your appointment or wish to cancel it altogether, please contact our office by phone or email.
Is there a deadline for making changes to my booking?
We request that all changes to bookings be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to ensure availability and accommodate other clients. If you have a last-minute emergency, please contact our support team directly for assistance.
